POGO in the wake

Once landed in PAU and barely recovered from my emotions (slight crosswind gust to 25 kts), I cast an eye on and see ServInfo Toussus (LFPN) and Pontoise (LFPT ) open. The "center" PARIS is also the feast. Little activity on these platforms. In normal times, I debriefed (;-)) and would have gone straight to bed. But to encourage young controllers on these platforms a bit ungrateful, I decided to make a teleport and POGO PONTOISE from Toussus. Innocently, I positioned the right side of the Toussus platform to avoid rolling ;-)

Teleport! Same evening, starting Toussus, with difficulties to understand what a (real) IFR clearance Toussus controller (ie starting with a published for POGO, an initial altitude ... etc. .. . and not just "approved flight plan under IFR to Pontoise, transponder 7001") and we are already away from the 301 as Oscar-Lima-who-say (pros).

image I made my arrival briefing and take off. A hole in the cloud, I found the chimneys Mantes well known VFR. For now I continue to grow by Orly VOR and will not delay to turn right to get an ILS 05 at Pontoise.

I checked my blood sugar out of curiosity ... Last Sunday. My father is diabetic so he has all the kit to test themselves regularly.

My blood sugar late at night was 5.4 which is very good. I am relieved.


************ Okay now my WW recap of the week past has been through.

Strength: 2 days zero alcohol
Weakness: 2 days of fast food

I calculated my points every day except one day. I have greatly exceeded my 49 pts extra for week. But I still lost 0.4 lbs this week.

For the next week I should eat more fruits and vegetables.

ServInfo I run. Nothing in Paris. World in Nantes. A tower and approach. La Rochelle has also opened. Enough for a short hop under IFR in this corner that I do not know too much. Come on, hop. I continue to get back to Cirrus and am connecting on IVAO ignoring my problems and PROCMON NAME NOT FOUND.

Note: Unfortunately, a few catches have information banners. These catches were taken in real time, without pause, during a flight on IVAO. Sometimes I wait that the bands disappear, sometimes it's too bad ;-)
