I checked my blood sugar out of curiosity ... Last Sunday. My father is diabetic so he has all the kit to test themselves regularly.
My blood sugar late at night was 5.4 which is very good. I am relieved.
************ Okay now my WW recap of the week past has been through.
Strength: 2 days zero alcohol
Weakness: 2 days of fast food
I calculated my points every day except one day. I have greatly exceeded my 49 pts extra for week. But I still lost 0.4 lbs this week.
For the next week I should eat more fruits and vegetables.
