So there, what a slap! I wonder if it was not in front of what will be our personal simulators in recent years. ;-) Though Ge Simulator exists from Now! And all this on top of Google Earth! Of course, it is that premise (v0.4) with the sometimes "erratic."
Take a browser. Install the plug-in Google Earth. If you want sound, you also need the Flash Player (very much on conventional PC). Finally, if you have a joystick for an extension browser is also (see the doc , gender RTFM ;-).
planes available ... And yes, there are several!
That's it! You can obtain it directly from your browser (Google Chrome here):
DC3 In addition, there is a Sportstar, a J3 and Alphajet
There is even a map and the terrain in Google Earth
A virtual cockpit mode

Check over San Francisco (Bay Bridge) in DC3
Grand shift toward the Golden Gate
Here is a great toy to discover and follow because it is version 0.4. There's even a multiplayer mode!

I often speak of IVAO on this blog and there are many players who only "reality". Following this message will appear to them totally unreal.
Every year IVAO , this global network simulation of controlled flight, is organizing an attempt to record the number of simultaneously connected to its network. The peak was in 1941 drivers / virtual controllers. It was during the fifth edition of Crowded Skies in 2008.
These attempts involve all pilots and controllers from IVAO virtual. This year's "Crowded Skies VII" '(issue 7) will be held Saturday, January 8. And the expected peak should be around 21H00Z (2200 Paris time).
Some areas of the world are covered in full staff (air controllers positions virtual ground / GND Center / Center). The list is available on the event website ( http://crowdedskies.ivao.aero/ ) but you can also simply connect wherever you want and fly freely or control.
