Week 2 Week 1 Recap
I found that the week past is super well. I like the idea to go slowly but positively.
I was not mistaken for those sentences about me:
is with small victories as trust develops. It is with small changes that pride is built. With all this that the determination is acquired.
I need to see small successes to motivate me and give me confidence that I am able to achieve great goals.
I resume this week on the same concept.
Week from 17 to 23 February 2011
Things to do this week:
- Buy a product I do not know and try it at least once. Last week I tried the "rapini" Oh dear ... very bitter! I ate my plate a good ¾ cup but I threw the rest. I will maybe I try again in a few months with a recipe that will look appealing to me.
- Walk 1 hour once or twice 30 minutes
- Continue calculating my scores WW. I think with the bank given that I have accumulated to date. I should be able to start soon satisfactorily.
