Discovery weird
Zola made me want to eat the delicious Moroccan chickpea salad SOS Health and tomatoes.
Here's what I discovered in calculating my Weight Watcher points.
recipe and info here The nutritional value per 1 serving about 1 cup.
Fat 9g, Carbohydrates 49g, Fiber 10g Protein 10g for a total of 8 points
But if I calculate my food individually. The same recipe gives me only 3 points per serving about 1 cup.
Because vegetables are 0 points
lemon juice, cayenne, cumin, mint, 0 points
soup 1 c olive oil gives 2 points
2 cups chickpeas give 4 points.
Total 6 points for two servings
Interesting anyway .... I think they encourage us to cook ourselves and revenues rather than buying things already prepared and rely on the Nutrition Facts panel.
I think I told you not say how WW works for me ... I have 29 points which we strongly suggest to take everything every day. I have an extra 49 points per week. And also I am entitled to bonus points if I'm exercising. Eg for my age and my size, 30 minutes of moderate exercise give me 2 points.
I really like the Weight Watchers program ... How does it feel? About 3 weeks that I work and it becomes more and more interesting.
